leaves repeated messages and cannot get off list

he calls and wont leave me alone he tells me his name is javier.

these people are fauds , they collect debts that are past the statute of limitations, threaten legal action, and arrest, when asked if they are a collection agency they will tell you no.. and they are .. report for fdcpa violations to FTC, BBB, etc ..

calls all day, all night, very annoying

they keep callin me and my work saying i owe them money for a loan, i dont know how they know all of my information, i wish they would stop calling me, i didnt take out a loan with them,then there saying that i took out the loan in person, that does not make since, hat loan company comes to your address and gives you a loan in person,this is a scam
